Fortunately, 2025 offers a variety of online UX conferences that you can join from anywhere. For those like me who prefer a quieter, cozier approach to professional growth—especially introverts or those far from UX events—online conferences are a game-changer. You can learn from industry pros, level up your skills, and connect with fellow designers, all from the comfort of home. In this post, I've put together a list of online and hybrid events for 2025 to help you stay ahead in the field.
February
UX360 Research Summit
The UX360 Summit 2025 is entirely virtual and will focus on cutting-edge UX research, design methodologies, and strategies to improve user experience. Key topics include UX leadership, AI integration in design, and user-centered innovation. The event also offers hands-on workshops, talks, and an online community with leading professionals.

Coming back for its 9th year in a row in the Netherlands, this is a hybrid event focused on UX Research lasting for 3 days. This year’s theme is Raising the Bar, which is “a call to action to push boundaries, challenge norms, and shape the future of our field.” with speakers from companies like Google, LinkedIn, and working freelance.

CHI 2025
This event is a hybrid experience for both presenters and attendees and will be based in Yokohama, Japan. UXDX EMEA
This UXDX event is based in Berlin, and much like the USA version, is also available both online and in-person. The primary differences between UXDX EMEA and UXDX USA are the speakers and dates. The EMEA event also seems a bit larger with talks and workshops from leaders at companies such as Deliveroo, Miro, Sephora, JP Morgan, and Mastercard.
May 19-21

Women in Tech
Coming back for round 6, this global conference is available both online and in-person in New York. This event seeks to connect and inspire women, minorities and allies in tech from around the world. According to their stats from previous years, they’ve had over 500 speakers, 9,500 ambassadors and 100,000 visitors from 179 countries. Each day is a differently themed summit with multiple topics covered across the 3 days.

UX Nordic
Available both in-person in Copenhagen and online, this international conference connects all UX disciplines as part of the Future Product Days 2025 program. According to their site, “The 2025 Conference will set its focus on hot topics such as the Future for Product Designers, Research, AI UX, Leadership and trends from the US and Asia.” All talks and workshops will be spoken in English, and there will apparently be a trance concert.
